## Application links between Atlassian applications do not support Kerberos/NTLMv2

As such EasySSO on the "server" end needs to be instructed to ignore the "client" application.

If the "client" application has EasySSO as well, it needs to have a similar configuration (i.e. to ignore the other one).

This can be achieved either with [IP Filtering](https://techtime-website.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/EasySSO/pages/4096096) or better with User Agent Filtering (Administration > Add-ons > EasySSO > User Agent Filtering Configuration).

## SAML

On the left-hand side of the admin screen click on "EasySSO" underneath "TechTime Add-Ons" then select SAML.

Select the "General" tab and inside the "Excluded Paths" field add the following snippet. Separate any existing paths with commas.

## NTLM/Kerberos

On the left-hand side of the admin screen click on "EasySSO" underneath "TechTime Add-Ons", then select "NTLM/Kerberos".

Click  "Advanced Configuration".

Select the "User Agent Filtering Configuration" tab.

In the "User-Agent Rules" text box add the following text:
