Jespa Free and Jespa 500 allow only a limited number of unique users to authenticate in production mode, 25 and 500 respectively.

The EasySSO price includes a Jespa license that matches your EasySSO license user count. E.g. it includes Jespa 500 for EasySSO 26..500 user license. If you are using Jira on a smaller license (e.g. 25 users) with Jira Service Desk (e.g. 3-25 agents) or a standalone Jira Service Desk on a smaller license (e.g. 3-25 agents) to support much larger number of end-users who will authenticate via EasySSO (for an Internal IT Service Desk use case) - your Jespa license needs to be sized based on the end users number, not agents. I.e. there will be extra costs.  

As per the IOPLEX licensing legally only **one** instance of Jespa Free is permitted in an organisation. If you are after a 10 user or 25 user license of EasySSO - please take this into account.
