## Cloud

EasyTime for Bitbucket Cloud runs and stores its data on Atlassian infrastructure, under Atlassian’s control.

Egress requests are made to EasyTime for Jira to automatically track time. EasyTime for *Jira* is currently hosted on TechTime servers, but we rely on Jira to store time tracking data. We do not store any time tracking data ourself. Requests are authenticated using an EasyTime access token. ## Data Center

EasyTime for Bitbucket Data Center is an app for Bitbucket, so it uses the same security controls as your Bitbucket environment.

The application only interacts with your browser when tracking view events in the web interface. It communicates with Jira via an Application Link. All operations are performed within your established user session, not anonymously.
