User Management for Cloud requires third-party cookies to be enabled for your Jira/Confluence Cloud instance. This is because we use a persistent storage javascript library, which is how we keep track of the users you are running Bulk User Actions on. Without third-party cookies enabled for your Cloud site, most of User Management's features will not work. 

## How to enable third-party cookies for User Management - Chrome:

1. Go to your browser settings.
2. Go to the Privacy and Security page in settings.
3. Click on 'Third-Party Cookies'.
4. Where it says 'Allowed to use third-party cookies', click 'Add'.
5. Enter your Cloud Site Address, e.g. [test-site.atlassian.net](http://test-site.atlassian.net)
6. Click 'Add'.

You have now allowed your Cloud site to use cookies and give User Management access to the persistent storage. Visit [google support](https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop#zippy=%2Callow-third-party-cookies-for-a-specific-site) for more information on allowing cookies for specific sites.

## How to enable third-party cookies for User Management - Firefox:

1. Go to your browser settings.
2. Go to the Privacy and Security page in settings.
3. Scroll down to 'Cookies and Site Data'.
4. Click 'Manage Exceptions...'
5. Enter your Cloud Site Address, e.g. [test-site.atlassian.net](http://test-site.atlassian.net) and click 'Allow'.
6. Click 'Save Changes'.

You have now allowed your Cloud site to use cookies and give User Management access to the persistent storage.
