## Challenge

External users often fall through the cracks of even the sharpest off boarding processes. This leaves many licenses occupied by users who no longer need it, and security risks from  historical contractors still having access to company data.

## Solution

- Configure a “Scheduled User Action” in User Management for Jira
- Select Users configuration:
  - Never logged in users
    - Exclude users invited in the last 30 days
  - By time since last login: 90 days
- Actions Configuration:
  - Suspend Users
