## Challenge

Users are often over-provisioned with Atlassian product access. This leads to high license levels, for products that are rarely used by users. It is difficult for Atlassian admins to manage this as it requires manual review of every user across each product. 

## Solution

For each product that you would like to ensure unused licenses are reclaimed:

- Create a Scheduled User Action
- Select users by:
  - Last product access
- Action to take on users
  - Remove Product Access

## Extension - Floating License for internal users

If you would like product access to be automatically regained when the user next attempts to use the product, you can configure automatic product access based on email domain. Note: this will allow all users within that domain to access the product.
