No. Unfortunately the new “API Key with scopes” does not cover all API’s required for our app to function. In particular no scope gives access to the “Get Organizations” API, which we use to get the correct organization API for your Atlassian Organization.

Therefore, you need to use the “API Key without scopes” instead of the “API Key with scopes”
