Hi!

I'm one of the co-founders forming TechTime Initiative Group Limited in Wellington, New Zealand, back in 2005.

I've been in the software game for over 20 years, wearing hats as a developer, team lead, consultant and product manager.

Worked with cool companies across Europe, the US, and NZ, picking up lessons along the way that now make TechTime tick—coupled with a hefty dose of hard work and enthusiasm.

Our biggest asset? That'd be our fantastic team. I'm all about the idea that with the right crew, you can achieve amazing things. Unlike aiming for some corporate giant status, we're all about keeping it real. Building solid and scalable processes is our thing, letting us grow organically and giving space for everyone's unique dreams and ideas.

Family is our top priority, and we're big on flexibility—whether it's about time or place, we want our team to feel right at home. Running a company is a juggling act as a mum, especially with two busy boys and my love for music thrown into the mix.

Beyond the day-to-day, we get a kick out of working with students from various tertiary institutions in the Wellington region. It's a huge fun to share our hands-on business experience with aspiring software engineers; it's the kind of stuff you don't always get in a classroom.
